I saw him crying in the plane while watching something in his mobile! An old man was setting behind him, complaining about the little noise this guy was making!
As a result that guy switched off his mobile and his tears were rolling in silence!
I realized later what was going on with him.
I came close to the old man and told him: “This guy his father just died while he was away and he is looking to some of his videos and pics”.
The old man was shocked and he left his seat immediately hugging him and apologizing to him for his harsh behavior!
Moral of the story;
Everyone we meet is fighting a battle we know nothing about! Let us be kind.
Emotions are at the heart of every interaction.
Little acts can change the end of every story.
Logic makes people think, emotions make them act!
If you want to change someone, talk to them with both!
Even in sales, “It’s not a secret that people buy based on emotions and then use logic and reasons to justify!".
People do not buy a product, they buy feelings!
