“The strongest negotiating position is being able to walk away and mean it”.

Finally he got the offer but it was not as expected and he was worried to negotiate!

He contacted me asking what to do!

I told him I can't decide for you, but I have few questions!

After discussing his situation, he decided to negotiate.

We agreed on what to write, i e. say what you want and keep the door open!

Email was sent! But! Next day he was feeling lost! Is it over?!

He thought they will get back to him sooner!

But the good news he was patient!

10 days later!

“Hi Sir, just want to update you that I got another offer and they offered me very good package!” Daah!

Moral of the story!

Most people are making life choices from a position of scarcity and fear! Therefor they suffer!

Our success or failure in life is directly related to how we perceive ourselves.

When we perceive that we have abundant choices, we tend to not become attached to things, people & circumstances.

But, when we perceive our choices are scarce, we tend to force things and we will often settle for a life that is less than what we want.

"In business as in life you do not get what you deserve, you get only what you negotiate”.

If you don’t believe you deserve what you are looking for, you should not expect others to believe either!

“Before anybody else in the world believes it, You have to believe it first.”

“The safest way to get what you want is to deserve what you want.” Charlie

Do not let anyone ever make you feel you don't deserve what you want.

All of life is a negotiation!
